Sweet 16 Birthday Photoshoot
Let’s face it, there is nothing like being Sweet 16. So when I was contacted by this little princess family to capture her precious birthday I may have been more excited than a child in a candy shop. I had no idea where I was meeting the family and what they would be like but what I did know that her Auntie believed in me as she introduced me as one of the best photographers in Trinidad and Tobago, and I was not about to let the Princess, her family nor Auntie down.
So I got to this amazing location full of art and green foliage, a classy and well put together home with a beautiful ambiance of love and colors that calmed the soul. I scanned this house and yard looking for ideas and areas that could tell the story. But it is when I was introduced to the young lady of the day I knew this would be a blast. My style was to allow my client in front of the lens and on looking family members to have an experience that would resonate with them for the rest of their lives. A experience that would make the mere mention of the word photos photographer or photography think of Roger Lewis or Look Into My Eyes Photography and only me alone. This experience they would tell their friends and other family members of in such a way that they too would request my services. But back to the subject or should I say, model. This extremely pretty young lady, Talika, who never seems uncomfortable was ready to feel like super star. A woman-to-be that could definitely grace the covers of any teen magazine or even represent Trinidad and Tobago with ease and who was prepared for this moment as we embarked on a photogenic ride.
